仕事内容 当社では、科学を通じて患者の生活を変革するという一つのビジョンにインスパイアされています。がん、血液疾患、免疫系疾患、心血管疾患、そして業界で最も多様で有望なパイプラインの1つである私たちの情熱的な同僚たちは、それぞれ、意味のある変化をもたらすイノベーションに貢献しています。私たちが開拓したすべての治療に人間味をもたらします。私たちと一緒に変化を起こしましょう。 Summary/Scope: •Cell Therapy Commercial Operations Lead is responsible for driving and maintaining entire business process (End to End) for CAR T in Japan. •Work closely with Cell Therapy Lead to bring Japan Cell Therapy business success by developing engagement within team and providing clear business insights. •Supports Cell Therapy Lead to lead effective Japan cross functional team meetings that develop provide a forum for communication, removing obstacles and resolving issues •Ensures cross functional team focus and accountability to achieve Japan Cell Therapy goals in alignment with BMS global Cell Therapy business goals as well as BMS Japan business goals. •Maintain alignment with Global business processes in close communication with Global team. Responsibilities are the following activities, but not limited to: •Develops, implements and continuously improves consistent cross-function, cross-country and cross- project processes including, but not limited to: •Timeline management •Prioritization and set up the KPI to manage the project •Project risk assessment •Consistent project management standards •Standard project planning templates •Project budgeting •Develop reporting materials for management •Maintains and updates E2E (end-to-end) CAR T process maps in different workstreams. •Develops and maintains documents and tools which impact to E2E CAR T process. •Works as communication hub across Cell Therapy cross function team members. •Collaborates with Site Management lead to deliver BMS CAR T product in safely and timely manner with better customer experience. •Work is reviewed upon completion by Head of Cell Therapy Unit to ensure all objectives were met. •Consults with key stakeholders at all levels within organization to identify expectations and business needs so that BMS can improve business capabilities in entire CAR T E2E process. •Determines and develops best methods for resolving conflicting feedback from key stakeholders which is obtained at presentations, trainings and during consultation sessions. •Identifies issues or problems with existing business and operational processes and determines solutions. •Plan and organize program to foster Cell Therapy team engagement with Head of Cell Therapy Unit. |

Skills/Knowledge Required: •BS/BA Degree with 3yrs or more pharmaceutical experience/ 3 yrs or more Project Management experience.
